2nd TRIAL Results

Organizing Data Gathered

n=no. of people involved in the survey (testing)

n= 36

Compared to the 1st Trial:

· More delicious than before- 18 respondents

· The same as before- 6 persons

· More Ampalaya content tastes than before- 5 persons

· Sweeter- 5 persons

· 1st Trial was better- 2 persons

In the 1st Trial, 24 respondents said that the taste of Ampalaya Cake was good, 24 respondents said it was smooth, 16 respondents said that they tasted Ampalaya on the cake and 29 said that they like it. These are the results of surveying 36 persons.

In the 2nd Trial, 33 respondents said that it is sweet, 31 respondents said it is smooth, 36 respondents said it smelled good and got a tie of 18 persons that said they can and cannot taste Ampalaya on the cake. These results was gathered on the on the same number of respondents and on the same persons as of the 1st Trial.

In comparing the two trials, we observed that trial two is improving. Many liked trial two more than the trial one. We also observed that the number of respondents in answering that the taste is sweet, texture is smooth, smells good and has Ampalaya content is increasing and it is due to the new ratio that has been added in the cake in Trial 2. In Trial 1, the ratio of Ampalaya to flour is ½:3 cups, while trial two, the ratio is ¾:3 cups. Therefore, It is not needed to wonder why the respondents tasted more Ampalaya in the 2nd Trial than in Trial 1.
